Founded in 1938, by Colonel J. Norman Pease, Sr., PE and James A. Stenhouse, AIA, Pease Associates is one of the most established architectural/engineering firms in the Southeast. Our firm has an unsurpassed record of performance, stability and diversity and serves a wide variety of clients in both the public and private business sectors. Our practice began with major projects at Fort Bragg Army Base in Fayetteville, NC and grew to include work throughout the State. Today, our practice takes us beyond North Carolina to design major facilities such as a 2500-seat religious facility for Triumph Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA, a testing lab for Law Environmental in Pensacola, FL, a Network Reliability Center for BellSouth in Nashville, TN, and telecommunications switching facilities throughout the United States.
